His head is made with magnets,spikes and statics. He resembles Shocksqatch's body which is powerful than anyone. He wears the Omnitrix on his belt.

Shockwave can shoot volts which make others unconscious for hours.
Shockwave can make thunderstorms and throw volt bomb's in it that can cause extra damage.
Shockwave can throw spikes.
Shockwave can absorb electricity.
Shockwave can make shock waves.
Shockwave can make lightning bolts.
Shockwave can recharge and increase his speed and power.
