Will Harangue is a character in Ben 10: Ultimate Alien who first appeared in Fame. He is a loud-voiced television
newscaster. Firmly convinced that Ben Tennyson is a threat to humanity, Will has launched a smear campaign against him and constantly tries to denounce him as such.

In The Robot, he tries to defeat Ben with his Robot but is arrested.
In Jail Break, he escaped jail but got defeated and arrested with Overlord.
In Movie Nemesis, he was showing footage about Ben 10 wrecking havoc and telling there is only two days left for the release of Movie Nemesis.
